Saundra Adams is an on-camera, television news reporter currently employed as an editor by Fox News affiliate Channel 23 in Tulsa.
The purpose of this website is to introduce Saundra Adams and her video resumé to potential employers in the broadcasting field. From early on, when she was still a resident of Buffalo, New York, Saundra applied herself to become educated as an on-air correspondent, and she identifies broadcasting as her “calling” in life, as opposed to employment one might fall into accidentally.
Both in her native Buffalo and her adopted community of Tulsa, Saundra lends her skills and energy to local service organizations and charities. She is especially active in mentoring programs for at-risk youth in her community and is appalled by the dismal statistics reflecting youth dropout rates from high school and the low percentage of at-risk children who are prepared even if they do graduate high school for the demands of college academics. She believes mentors supply children with positive role models that are typically missing from their lives, and mentors can offer guidance based on personal experience that has an uplifting effect in keeping youth centered on positive goals that benefit society.
